Academic Profile
I am Nilakshi Das, a dedicated academic and disciplined leader with a strong
commitment to higher education and community service. My academic journey is
rooted in Dibrugarh University, where I successfully completed both my Master of
Arts (MA) and my Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) Degree. These years of research and
study have equipped me with deep analytical skills and a rigorous approach to
scholarly inquiry.
Beyond my academic pursuits, I have a profound passion for leadership and youth
development. I currently serve as the Officer-in-Charge (O-i-C) of the Rover and
Ranger Unit at Madhabdev University. In this capacity, I lead and mentor
students, fostering the values of discipline, social service, and adventure that
the Scouting and Guiding movement represents.
I am also an avid sports enthusiast. I believe that the lessons learned on the
field, teamwork, resilience, and perseverance are essential to personal and
professional growth. Whether in the classroom or leading the Rover and Ranger
Unit, I strive to maintain a balance between intellectual excellence and an
active, service-oriented lifestyle. I am driven by a desire to contribute
meaningfully to the academic community while inspiring the next generation of
leaders.
